With us, you will work on various assignments in language teaching and join our fantastic team of language coaches! You will work independently but always with our team behind you.

We are currently looking for coaches who can work throughout the Greater Stockholm area, with both groups and individuals, from beginners up to B2 level.

About the assignments

As a language coach at Upgrades, you will independently plan the teaching according to the customer's needs and level. The work is assignment-based and varies depending on the level, number of participants, and preferences regarding day, location, and time. Our assignments last between 10-20 weeks, with 1-2 lessons per week, 90 minutes per session. We provide books for coaches and inspiration for lesson planning.

Your profile

You trust your own abilities and enjoy a varied job where you independently plan the teaching according to the participants' needs. You have a good ability to motivate and inspire others, and as a person, you are:

• Communicative, independent, structured
• Creative, attentive, and motivating

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and Swedish grammar
• Good knowledge of English
• Teaching experience, both group and individual
• Experience in lesson planning
• Ability to take on at least 2 assignments
• Genuine interest in teaching and pedagogy
• Ability to teach on-site around Greater Stockholm

Meritorious

• Knowledge of German at a high level
• Experience in the business world
• Experience with CEFR
• It is an advantage if you have experience/training in pedagogy and/or languages.
• Experience in teaching online
